We are searching for passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services and have a desire to make a substantial impact in the lives of our clients.

About the Organization

Rising Perspective Counseling is at the forefront of mental health care and suicide prevention, leveraging cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver a wide range of services. Our mission is grounded in providing accessible, compassionate, and effective mental health care to individuals across the United States. Our telehealth platform encompasses therapy, psychiatric treatment, and targeted interventions aimed at reducing the risk of suicide. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth among our team members.

Work Environment

This role allows you to work 100% remotely from the comfort of your home or any location in the USA, offering flexibility and convenience while you engage with clients. Our innovative virtual setting is designed to enhance your ability to reach clients who may face geographical, physical, or scheduling barriers to traditional in-person therapy sessions. You will collaborate with colleagues using secure technology platforms, ensuring both client confidentiality and the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health diagnoses, challenges, and needs, using a variety of evidence-based assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals, preferences, and situations, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Provide individualized teletherapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to accommodate each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
  • Monitor and document clients’ progress consistently in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation complies with ethical and regulatory standards in mental health care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to remain abreast of the latest developments in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population who seek help for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Many clients engage with our detox center services, requiring a compassionate and understanding approach to support their recovery journey. You will be instrumental in creating a safe therapeutic environment where clients can explore their concerns and develop coping strategies to enhance their well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in clinical or mental health settings, providing direct services to clients.
  • A clean disciplinary record with no current or past disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that reflect a genuine empathetic nature, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in the latest methodologies in psychotherapy to deliver effective interventions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setting or providing remote therapy services is highly preferred, along with familiarity with digital health record systems.
  • Training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance to secure your practice.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy and paid holidays, supporting your work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for continual professional development and education, including access to workshops and training resources.
  • A supportive and collaborative network environment with regular supervision and peer support, ensuring you never feel isolated in your practice.
  • A unique chance to play a meaningful role in improving the mental health of clients across various demographics and locations.
