Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and monitor progress to enhance client outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring continued support throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of sessions in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in care delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed on the latest advancements in psychotherapy and mental health treatment methodologies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, and valid licensure as a Social Worker within the state of employment.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in clinical or mental health settings, with a demonstrated ability to assess and treat diverse mental health conditions.
• No history of disciplinary actions or licensure issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a supportive and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Familiarity with contemporary psychotherapy practices and methodologies pertinent to clinical social work.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in working with various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, can be highly beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies will also enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
