Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and supportive individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet patient needs.
  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with each patient's therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with department standards.
  • Engage with patients and their families to orient them to therapeutic processes, fostering an informed, collaborative environment.
  • Monitor and document patient behaviors and interactions, advocating for any necessary adjustments to care strategies.
  • Utilize teletherapy tools effectively, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions, contributing to team discussions that enhance patient care.
  • Demonstrate proactive time management abilities, prioritizing tasks to ensure each patient receives the attention required for their progress.
  • Offer compassionate support during crises, employing de-escalation techniques as needed to ensure patient safety.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse demographic, including adults, children, and families, presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Our focus encompasses everything from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Your ability to connect and adapt your therapeutic strategies will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate through their life challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • An active license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in good standing within the state of California.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential, demonstrating your ability to handle complex cases.
  • Proven experience providing therapy services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and tools, demonstrating a comfort level with remote counseling techniques.
  • Familiarity with psychoeducational resources and community support networks that enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Previous experience participating in multidisciplinary team settings.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
