Job description
Machine Operators - Manchester, TN
ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Manchester, TN. We are seeking dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.48 - $17.48 per hour (based on shift)
Schedule: All Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Fill hoppers and dryers with materials.
- Empty grinders and prepare materials for production.
- Pre-dry materials for upcoming jobs.
- Clean loaders, grinders, and equipment during mold and color changes.
- Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are ready for startup.
- Maintain a clean and organized production and storage area.
- Move finished products to designated staging areas.
- Report safety, quality, and housekeeping concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and maintain a safe work area.
