Press Brake / Plasma Operator

Location: Randleman, NC
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
Overtime: As needed
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake / Plasma Operator to join our manufacturing team in Randleman, NC. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This role is responsible for operating press brake and plasma cutting equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and plasma cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
• Perform machine setup and adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize overhead cranes and JIB cranes to move materials and completed parts safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Previous manufacturing experience operating production equipment.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience operating an overhead crane and/or JIB crane preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
