Position Overview

Replicate Counseling Center invites passionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional telehealth services. This full-time position, primarily operating during weekday hours, allows therapists to conduct therapy sessions remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining strong patient engagement and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Replicate, your clinical responsibilities will include:

  • Providing virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Conducting virtual counseling sessions focused on family dynamics and child therapy for clients meeting medical necessity criteria.
  • Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups and parenting classes to empower clients with essential life skills.
  • Completing comprehensive client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and statistical reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Meeting organizational contractual obligations by completing a specific number of billable hours of therapy each week, contributing to the financial health of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes diverse children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, and behavioral issues. Therapists will have the opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds, utilizing culturally relevant practices that promote inclusion and understanding.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure as an LMFT in Washington State.
  • A minimum of three years of experience providing direct counseling services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client case loads effectively.
  • A self-motivated approach to work, showing initiative in meeting client needs, documenting services, and adhering to billing requirements.
Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth services is a plus, particularly familiarity with online therapy platforms. Additionally, candidates with experience in serving diverse populations or specialized clinical training in areas such as trauma-informed care or parenting education will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
