Work Environment

As an integral part of our detox center’s operations, you’ll engage in virtual consultations and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality treatment plans, all while adhering to the clinical policies and procedures set forth by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of program initiatives that promote patient wellness and community outreach.
• Facilitate communication with physicians and healthcare providers to report on patient progress, emerging needs, and any issues that arise during treatment.
• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with departmental policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Provide counseling services and crisis interventions for patients, assessing and addressing their emotional and behavioral health challenges.
• Engage with patients’ families and support systems to coordinate treatment plans and facilitate discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals grappling with severe mental health issues exacerbated by environmental factors. Many of our clients are high-risk, requiring specialized support to navigate their challenges effectively. As a LICSW at Replicate Counseling Center, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve stability, wellness, and positive outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience within an outpatient setting, preferably dealing with mental health concerns.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with a virtual healthcare team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a detox center or addiction recovery setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and social work interventions will aid in delivering effective patient care and achieving positive health outcomes.
