The Renewal Roots Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our supportive team. While the primary counseling work is performed via telehealth platforms, our outpatient office in San Antonio serves as the administrative hub for collaboration with colleagues and oversight of client care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress with clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance therapeutic engagement and foster community among clients.
• Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning services, effectively responding to clients in emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family challenges. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
