Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while providing essential therapeutic support to clients in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to deeply understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Provide therapy services including individual, family, and group sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and contain clear interventions.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate care effectively.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation per ethical and legal standards.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to guide clients in understanding their conditions and developing coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
