The Recovery Solutions Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team full-time. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own environment while still being part of a collaborative team culture. As part of our outpatient counseling center, you will work primarily with clients on an appointment basis, providing an organized structure for therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address client needs effectively.
• Engage in regular documentation and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses clients’ various needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research and trends, attending workshops and continuing education courses to refine your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Solutions Center, you will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our focus areas include trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. You will be integral in not only guiding clients through their personal challenges but also empowering them to achieve lasting change.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Hold an active, unrestricted LPC license valid in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience providing therapy services in a mental health or clinical setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships.
• Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal considerations governing counseling practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized counseling areas, such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and understanding of digital tools that facilitate remote therapy delivery.
• Previous work in an outpatient counseling center or community health clinic is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
