Work Environment

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing telehealth software to gather and analyze information effectively.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's individual goals, documenting progress and modifying approaches as needed.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic techniques, fostering a supportive atmosphere for diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and contributing to a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in case conferences to discuss treatment strategies and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a broad range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction-related issues. As an LMHC, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, assessing their unique circumstances and delivering tailored interventions to support their emotional well-being. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering quality individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods relevant to mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster rapport and engage effectively with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clarity in documentation and client interactions.
• Commitment to ethical practices and the utmost confidentiality of client information.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.
• Prior involvement in case collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The Recovery Services Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
