We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on fieldwork and office administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager and Office Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately
  • Maintain organization of the office and key management systems
  • Support property showings and interact professionally with prospective tenants
  • Enter inspection reports and work order details into company software systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, "how can I help?" mindset with a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of office administration practices
  • Familiarity with residential property maintenance is a plus

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in property management. We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and ready to contribute.
