Job description

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in many facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and professionalism. You will contribute in the hiring of top employees to help serve the mission of Rapid Response Monitoring Our Hiring internship is an opportunity to get a foot in the door, recruiting Experience and the possibility of a long term career.
RATE OF PAY
$20 per hour.
LOCATION
In office: Henderson, NV
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment coordination and support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as: conducting assessment/testing with candidates.
  • Be a Rapid Response ambassador in networking and recruiting events.
  • Ensure all candidate notes are collected and stored appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and collaborate with hiring team.
  • Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
  • Multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication.
  • Highly collaborative.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
  • High School graduate with equivalent General Education Degree.
  • Completed or working towards an A.S. or B.S. degree in a relevant field.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an office environment. Employee may be subject to some lifting, up to 10lbs.
EQUIPMENT USED
Ability to use general office equipment.
TIME COMMITMENT
Rapid Response Monitoring operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Must be available between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm
  • Must be available at minimum 20 hours per week
  • Must be available at minimum 3 days a week Monday-Saturday
