Elevate customer relationships in finance as a Solutions Consultant for Ramp. This role entails driving financial solutions by closely understanding and addressing client needs while utilizing technical expertise.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will engage with potential customers to demonstrate the value of Ramp’s services. By collaborating with various teams, you'll develop comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' requirements, enhancing their experience with Ramp’s products. Your insights are invaluable for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Executives for product demonstrations
• Tailor solutions based on customer integration needs
• Partner with diverse teams to advocate for integration
• Execute advanced technical implementations for clients
• Conduct use-case analysis and technical evaluations
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar areas
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or related disciplines
• Expertise in finance and accounting workflows
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
