RSi is looking to fill a Senior Logistician - SCRM position to support our Army customer on the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program office. The Senior Logistician provides comprehensive logistics, acquisition, and sustainment support for the program by developing key documentation, analyzing supply chain and operational risks, and ensuring alignment with overall product support strategies.

Summary of duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS), including research, analysis, development, integration, and coordination of logistics data with stakeholders
  • Provide support for the development, review, and update acquisition and logistics documentation such as SOWs, CDRLs, DIDs, WBS, IMSs, LCSPs, Core Logistics Determinations, Sustainment Workload Estimates, ILAs, and IUID Plans
  • Support milestone and design review activities through documentation analysis and participation
  • Conduct Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) analysis and assessments to identify and mitigate procurement, cybersecurity, manufacturing, quality, and DMSMS risks
  • Analyze logistics information and operations across product support integrators, providers, and deployment environments to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Assess product support arrangements for alignment with FLRAA sustainment strategies
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT), including supply chain risk-focused groups
  • Perform logistics studies, technical analyses, and sustainment evaluations to support program objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics and sustainment challenges
  • Manage multiple logistics and acquisition support efforts simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the program
  • Support development and maintenance of required logistics documentation including LCSP, Core Logistics Determination, Sustainment Workload Estimates, Independent Logistics Assessments, IUID Plans, and other statutory requirements
  • Support multiple acquisition and logistics projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics and sustainment challenges
  • Conduct logistics studies and technical analyses to support program objectives
  • Provide clear and effective communication with stakeholders across the program

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications: 

  • U.S, Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, OR High School diploma with 11+ years of related experience
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Integrated Product Support for Army or DoD acquisition programs
  • Familiarity with acquisition processes, procedures, and IPS management, along with applicable regulations, policies, and standards
  • Experience managing and executing complex logistics or acquisition projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/IT Skills/Certifications:

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management, including cyber risk
  • Experience with Aviation Acquisition Program Offices

Work Environment: 

  • The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment

  • Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements.
