Position Overview

Inner Resolve Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team in Stockton, California. As a full-time outpatient therapist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming mental health care by providing high-quality, accessible therapy services through virtual platforms. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health concerns.
• Implement creative evidence-based interventions, helping clients set and achieve meaningful goals in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Schedule and conduct a minimum of 20 client visits per week, effectively managing your time to balance responsibilities and provide consistent support.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, and medical personnel to provide coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support that addresses all facets of their lives.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the evolving needs of the team and the clients we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience as a mental health professional in an outpatient setting.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document their progress accurately.
• A commitment to working with a diverse client population within your professional scope.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems to facilitate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies relevant to outpatient mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
