    About Us

At PuroClean we help property owners recover from the unexpected - water damage, fire, smoke, and mold. We’re a locally owned restoration company built on professionalism, integrity, and relationships. Our success is driven by trust and service, not hard closes.
We’re growing in the Capital Region and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our network of referral partners and build lasting relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other community professionals.
    About the Role

This is a relationship-focused, community-based sales position - perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on connection, consistency, and measurable results. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting with local partners, learning their needs, and positioning our team as their trusted go-to restoration resource.
You’ll manage a mix of business development, account management, and light sales strategy -  cultivating long-term partnerships that drive growth.
    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, realtors, and other referral partners
    • Generate new referral relationships through door-to-door visits, networking, and events across Saratoga County
    • Coordinate or host educational and relationship-building events (lunch & learns, appreciation visits, etc.)
    • Collaborate with ownership and operations to ensure service excellence for every client
    • Track activity and progress using our CRM and report results weekly
    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience
    • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Community-minded personality with a desire to represent a trusted local brand
    • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up
    • Excellent communication, professionalism, and persistence
    • Valid driver’s license and daily willingness to travel within territory
    • Preferred: Experience in restoration, construction, plumbing/HVAC, or related industries
Why You’ll Love Working With Us

    • Competitive base salary + commission + performance bonuses
    • Paid training and mentorship from experienced restoration sales professionals
    • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
    • Opportunities to grow your career with a reputable local business
    • Supportive, professional team that values integrity and long-term success
    Our Core Values

    Integrity. Do what’s right, always.
Service. Put people first, every time.
Growth. Continuously improve - as individuals, as a team, and as a company.
    Compensation & Schedule

    • Base Salary: $45,000-55,000 base pay (depending on experience)
    • Commission on closed business
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
    • Total OTE: $65,000 - $100,000
