Position Overview

Pure Insight Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for full-time remote positions. Work Environment

Our remote work setting offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong connections with your colleagues through virtual meetings and discussions. As part of a community health clinic, your work will be dynamic and encompass a range of clients with varying needs. Our team is dedicated to continuous collaboration, with regular case consultations ensuring comprehensive care for our clients. The designated work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility expected to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately gauge patient needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients a sense of community and connection as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, effectively supporting patients during mental health emergencies.
• Engage in patient education, informing them about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all documentation processes.
• Take part in ongoing professional development through participation in case consultations and team meetings, keeping abreast of industry advancements and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from children to adults. Our clinic serves community members from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, encouraging a culturally competent approach to therapy. The support provided aims not only to alleviate symptoms but also to empower clients towards sustained well-being and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proven capability in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy in outpatient settings, showcasing adaptability in therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating strong therapeutic alliances.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years’ clinical experience in providing therapy in a community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that bridge physical and mental health services.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions or psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
