Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct psychoeducational and support groups, aiming to foster community connections while addressing collective mental health concerns.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients facing mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients about their mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their journey.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and the pursuit of continuing education opportunities.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health therapy to enrich your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from children to adults, presenting a wide variety of mental health challenges. We provide services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, ensuring that each patient's unique needs and cultural backgrounds are respected and addressed in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and designing effective treatment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy to a diverse range of populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and solid judgment in maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and digital communication platforms.
• A commitment to collaborative work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community mental health clinic or similar setting.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapies, such as DBT or EMDR.
• Experience facilitating group therapies or psychoeducational workshops.
• A track record of successful intervention in crisis situations.

Compensation and Benefits

Pure Insight Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
