Job Description Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Eau Claire, WI Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Eau Claire, WI. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and ensure product quality. This role requires a deep understanding of process engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. - Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to optimize manufacturing efficiency. - Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity while maintaining quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of process changes. - Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational reliability. - Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and recommendations to management.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all process engineering activities. - Utilize statistical methods and process simulation software to design and optimize manufacturing processes. - Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.

- Provide technical support and training to production teams and other stakeholders as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in process design and optimization tools and software. - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
