What is Being Offered:
- $75K base + bonus (total $100K-$120K+)

What The Position is About:
- Oversee the field marketing department across three major markets, leading approximately 30 employees across event and retail marketing
- Recruit, hire, and train the field marketing staff across all three markets
- Manage, develop, and coach field marketing personnel to optimize their performance and professional growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, quality, and conversion rates
- Research and secure 60+ events annually, including home shows, community events, and big box warehouse activations
- Manage, plan, and organize all aspects of event and retail marketing, including scheduling, staffing, set-up, logistics, and event selection
- Manage field marketing budgets and monitor marketing costs, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI
- Implement process enhancements and cross-training between event and retail teams to improve overall efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness of field operations
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and program performance to identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve promotional strategies and support lead generation and conversion efforts
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience leading a field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, or similar face-to-face lead generation team
- Experience managing a team of 5-10+
- Strong training, coaching, and development skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess KPIs and make proactive, data-driven decisions
