Job description

Associate Product Marketing Manager

Location: ProVia – Strasburg, OH (44680)
Type: Full-time | In-office | Some travel ( lt;10%)
Report to: Group Marketing Manager

About the role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity—someone energized by coordinating details, building strong working relationships, and translating product information into clear, customer-ready marketing.
You'll begin by supporting and helping lead major marketing initiatives for one of our core door or window product categories, with opportunities to expand your scope and responsibilities as your product knowledge and experience grow. While you won’t be expected to be a technical expert on day one, developing in-depth product knowledge will be essential to long-term success. In this role, you’ll serve as a connector, working cross-functionally across internal teams and with customers, while gaining visibility as you help move key initiatives forward.
What you’ll do
  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives for ProVia door/window products, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all marketing materials.
  • Support the annual program launch by managing timelines, coordinating assets, and contributing to materials used for the year-end Sales Meeting presentation.
  • Maintain and update all product literature, ensuring content is accurate, organized, and aligned with current offerings.
  • Track competitive activity and industry marketing trends to support messaging updates and sales enablement efforts.
  • Assist customers with custom, product-related marketing materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards and product accuracy.
  • Develop strong product knowledge over time to support clear, accurate, and effective marketing communication.
  • Coordinate with the Sample Department, Product Management, and Brand Support to keep product samples up to date and customer ready.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and occasionally Engineering and Production to keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
  • Support showroom updates and other customer-facing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.

What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the assigned product lines, confidently supporting marketing efforts with accurate and well-positioned content.
  • Independently manage and deliver multiple marketing projects throughout the year, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
  • Gain real-world customer insight by participating in at least five dealer visits and applying those learnings to improve marketing materials and showroom support.

Must-haves
  • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing concentration preferred, not required).
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in the building products or related industry.
  • Very high attention to detail (our mission is: “To serve by caring for details in ways others won’t.”)
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
  • Ability to take charge and lead groups of people who don’t report to you.
  • Great customer-service mindset (you’ll be supporting customers directly on projects).
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.

Nice-to-haves
  • Previous marketing or product marketing experience.
  • Project management experience using project management software.

Why you’ll love this role
  • Real opportunity to make a difference in product marketing at ProVia.
  • High visibility with leadership and key cross-functional teams.
  • Lead major launches, sales meeting work, and customer events.
  • A marketing team culture built around support, relationship building, activities/outings, and investing in people.
