Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to enjoy a flexible schedule while working in a professional setting from home. The nature of remote therapy requires strong technological proficiency; you will utilize secure telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to maintain client engagement and ensure that all documentation is compliant with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure telehealth systems in an engaging and supportive manner.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique situations and design personalized treatment plans addressing their mental health concerns.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and facilitation of referrals to additional resources as needed, ensuring clients receive ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with clinical staff across disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and participating in integrated care initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending supervision meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve managing a diverse caseload, interacting with clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health issues. You will be instrumental in addressing a broad spectrum of concerns, including family dynamics, relational challenges, trauma recovery, and behavioral interventions, facilitating meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona is mandatory to practice in this state.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, ensuring comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability in therapeutic techniques, building rapport and trust with clients to facilitate meaningful sessions.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of direct experience providing therapy to diverse populations is preferred, showcasing the ability to handle varied mental health issues.
• Experience in school settings or working with educational systems is beneficial, aligning with our mission to support mental health in schools.

Compensation and Benefits

Prosper Behavioral Health is proud to offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to comprehensive benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
