Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prosper Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed insights into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Implementing various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear and achievable goals and interventions.
• Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.
• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all notes reflect the ongoing treatment process.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and validate experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve clients facing a variety of mental health challenges across different demographics, including children, adults, and families. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective client interaction.

Preferred Experience
