We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to join our team. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within our company. You will work closely with our IT team, as well as other departments, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and upper management
- Conduct resource analysis and develop project plans using capacity management and project planning tools
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement new technologies and processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve project management processes within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully Remote
- Highly efficient, organized and flexible
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
