Key Responsibilities

• Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic processes.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a broad array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, addressing various client challenges.
• Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams comprised of psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and a high quality of care.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will make a significant difference to a variety of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and other mental health concerns. Our client demographics reflect a wide spectrum of backgrounds, and as such, your skills will be instrumental in delivering culturally competent and effective therapy to families, couples, and individuals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a community health or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and legal guidelines that govern counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline clinical documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized therapy areas, such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care, is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of successful collaboration within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill set. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
