About the Opportunity
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals interested in building a career in insurance and financial services.
This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. Representatives receive training, mentorship, and support while working toward the required insurance licensing.
What You'll Do
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance and financial-protection needs
- Educate clients about available insurance and financial products
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct appointments virtually and by phone
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Build referral and networking relationships
- Maintain required licensing and follow applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone and video
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn
- Sales, customer service, insurance, banking, real estate, mortgage, or financial-services experience is a plus, but not required
