Customer Service Representative

About Faithco

Faithco is a growing home services company committed to providing dependable service and a positive customer experience. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our office team.

This is a full-time, in-office position. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays an important role in ensuring every caller feels heard, helped, and confident in choosing Faithco for their home service needs.

Position Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
  • Providing friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and gathering accurate information
  • Scheduling service appointments based on availability and company procedures
  • Entering and updating customer information in ServiceTitan
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate notes on customer accounts
  • Explaining Faithco's services and answering general customer questions
  • Identifying opportunities to offer available services, maintenance plans, or other solutions that may benefit the customer
  • Making a limited number of outbound calls for follow-ups, customer outreach, appointment needs, and service opportunities
  • Assisting with general office and administrative responsibilities
  • Supporting a positive customer experience from the first phone call through appointment scheduling

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous customer service, call center, receptionist, sales, or office experience
  • Be comfortable answering multiple incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
  • Have strong communication and active-listening skills
  • Be confident speaking with customers by phone
  • Be comfortable with a small amount of sales and outbound calling
  • Be able to explain services clearly without using high-pressure sales tactics
  • Remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customers
  • Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Have strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Work well independently and as part of a small office team
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced home services environment

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
  • Previous experience using ServiceTitan software
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system
  • Experience scheduling service appointments
  • Customer service or inside-sales experience in a service-based business

Experience with ServiceTitan or within the home services industry is preferred, but Faithco is willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Location: 18601 Highway 69 N, Lindale, Texas 75771
  • Position Type: Full-time, in-office
