Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health history and current needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various modalities, adapting approaches to best promote personal growth and well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress towards these goals.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops offered by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse population of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Valid and current state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Proven expertise in therapeutic techniques and methodologies suitable for diverse patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to manage client caseload efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive within the industry, offering a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
