Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and craft effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and other evidence-based techniques.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients to enhance their personal growth while meticulously monitoring their progress toward these objectives.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to cater to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer the convenience of virtual appointments.
• Ensure the highest standards of ethical practice by maintaining accurate clinical documentation that complies with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest industry practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed professional at Prairie Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse client population encompassing various backgrounds and mental health challenges. Our clients may range from young adults facing life transitions to individuals managing long-term mental health conditions. Your tailored interventions will help them navigate their journeys toward healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion in client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload and client appointments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms, with a demonstrated understanding of the nuances associated with remote client engagement.
• Prior work with trauma-informed care, anxiety disorders, or depressive disorders is advantageous.
• Proven track record of developing treatment plans that yield positive outcomes for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Prairie Counseling Center offers a competitive compensation package with annual salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to financial remuneration, our therapists benefit from:
