  • Prepare and review drawings, schematics, specifications, and calculation packages in Revit, AutoCAD, and discipline-specific software
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality control checks throughout design and pre-construction phases
  • Lead system analysis, including sizing, pressure loss, and flow calculations, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Support project estimating efforts by providing accurate system data and cost evaluations
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring schedule adherence and alignment with client expectations
  • Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives across plumbing design workflows
  • Participate in client meetings and provide expert-level technical insights to resolve design or coordination issues
  • Promote Power Design's safety-first culture, ensuring that designs enhance jobsite safety and efficiency
Here's What We're Looking For

  • Advanced knowledge of plumbing design principles, system sizing, and applicable building codes
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam; experience with Autodesk or similar project management software preferred
  • Familiarity with plumbing-specific calculation software and design tools
  • ASPE certification or PE license preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an ability to lead project teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with clients, consultants, and project personnel
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and developing team members
  • Commitment to Power Design's core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
