Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Positive-Steps Counseling Center, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
  • Completing thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics, crafting personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges.
  • Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to empower clients in overcoming obstacles.
  • Documenting all client sessions accurately, ensuring timely updates and progress notes are in line with professional standards.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive client care, including regular case reviews and consultations.

Compensation and Benefits
