Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility while you engage with clients from the comfort of your own home. While the majority of your work will be conducted during regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend availability may be required for community events, client consultations, or training activities, ensuring you maintain a strong relationship with the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through virtual interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique goals and challenges, ensuring they are actively involved in their own care.
• Advocate passionately for client rights and access to vital resources, engaging in policy discussions and community initiatives to address broader social justice concerns.
• Participate in regular program development meetings, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of current services based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Foster collaborative relationships with community organizations, volunteers, and stakeholders, enhancing the network of support available to clients.
• Engage in training and professional development opportunities, staying current with best practices in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve students and their families within the school system. This diverse client population includes individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Your work will be crucial in helping them navigate these difficulties while promoting resilience and empowerment. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and responses both verbally and in writing, are vital to work effectively with clients and collaborate with community partners.

Compensation and Benefits
