Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their emotional, psychological, and social needs, ensuring tailored intervention strategies are developed.
• Provide both individual and group counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop and implement client-focused service plans that align with their personal goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Advocate passionately for clients, helping them access necessary resources, rights, and opportunities that facilitate their growth and social justice.
• Engage in program evaluation and contribute to grant writing efforts to secure funding for community-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with various community organizations, social service agencies, and volunteers to expand the reach and effectiveness of our services.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events to enhance both your professional skills and our community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between $75,000 and $100,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
