Nest Designs & Petite Revery specialize in high-quality, sustainable baby and kids’ clothing and sleepwear made from organic cotton and bamboo. Based in Richmond, BC, our brands are committed to creating premium, eco-friendly products that families love.


We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce business, helping ensure our websites are accurate, current and optimized. Working closely with the Ecommerce Lead and cross-functional teams, this role supports website merchandising, product and campaign launches, email execution, site QA, reporting and ongoing ecommerce improvements. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow their ecommerce expertise.


Responsibilities:

Website, CMS & Merchandising

  • Manage day-to-day website content updates within our headless CMS (Prismic), including homepage, landing pages, navigation and modular content blocks
  • Execute ecommerce merchandising updates, including collections, product sequencing, navigation and promotional content
  • Coordinate product/catalog information in Shopify with frontend content in Prismic to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Build and update campaign and product landing pages based on approved briefs
  • Maintain site content and regularly identify outdated, inaccurate or inconsistent information
  • Support implementation of approved ecommerce improvements and optimization initiatives


Product & Launch Execution

  • Create and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, variants, pricing, tags and collections
  • Ensure product pages are complete and meet brand standards for copy, imagery, product information and merchandising
  • Coordinate ecommerce requirements for product launches and campaigns
  • Ensure product data, imagery, copy, pricing and other required assets are complete ahead of launch
  • Complete pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure products and campaigns are functioning and displaying correctly
  • Support promotional setup, including discounts, collections, landing pages and other onsite requirements


Email & Lifecycle Execution

  • Support Ecommerce lead in building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo based on approved briefs and the marketing calendar
  • Support implementation and updates to lifecycle flows and automated customer journeys
  • Coordinate required creative, copy and product assets ahead of campaign deadlines
  • QA email content, links, segmentation, timing and rendering prior to deployment
  • Maintain strong attention to accuracy and consistency across ecommerce and email campaigns


Site QA & Technical Coordination

  • Conduct regular website QA across desktop and mobile to identify errors, inconsistencies and customer experience issues. Proactive in identifying errors and initiating fixes.
  • Test new features, templates, landing pages and site enhancements before release
  • Document bugs and technical issues clearly and create development tickets where required
  • Support the Ecommerce Lead in coordinating with external development partners
  • Track assigned development tasks and flag delays, blockers or outstanding requirements
  • QA completed development work against approved requirements
  • Monitor key site functionality following launches, promotions and releases
  • Troubleshoot basic ecommerce issues and escalate more complex technical issues appropriately


Reporting & Data Support

  • Pull and prepare recurring ecommerce performance reports using Shopify, GA4 and other reporting tools
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of ecommerce dashboards and reporting
  • Monitor key metrics including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic and product performance
  • Flag significant anomalies, site issues or unexpected performance changes
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by the Ecommerce Lead or Ecommerce Manager
  • Maintain accurate reporting files and documentation
  • Work confidently in spreadsheets using functions such as pivot tables, lookups and queries


SEO, AEO & Content Implementation

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to implement approved SEO and AEO recommendations
  • Maintain metadata, alt text, headings, internal links and other onsite content according to provided guidelines
  • Support updates to product, collection and landing-page content to improve search visibility and customer experience
  • Assist with structured content and other technical/content requirements as directed by our SEO/AEO and development partners
  • QA implemented recommendations to ensure they appear correctly on site


CRO & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the execution and QA of conversion rate optimization initiatives and A/B tests
  • Help maintain documentation of tests, site changes and results
  • Identify and flag opportunities to improve the customer experience, merchandising or internal ecommerce workflows
  • Support implementation of approved cross-sells, bundles, merchandising improvements and other conversion initiatives
  • Stay current on Shopify, ecommerce tools and emerging ecommerce best practices


Cross-Functional & External Partner Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative & Design, Inventory and other internal teams to gather information and assets required for ecommerce execution
  • Prepare briefs, tickets, assets and documentation for external development and ecommerce partners
  • Track assigned deliverables and timelines and proactively flag missing inputs or potential delays
  • Maintain organized ecommerce project documentation, files and processes

Support the Ecommerce Lead with coordination and follow-through across ecommerce projects


Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, website operations or a related role
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify, including products, collections and general site administration
  • Experience working with a CMS such as Prismic, Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok or similar is an asset
  • Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to catch errors before they reach customers
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines and launches simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with ecommerce data, spreadsheets and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and working across multiple interconnected ecommerce systems
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of assigned work without requiring constant follow-up
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable escalating issues when appropriate
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with external partners


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a headless ecommerce environment
  • Experience with Prismic or another modern CMS
  • Experience with GA4 or ecommerce analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo lifecycle flows and segmentation
  • Understanding of basic SEO and AEO principles
  • Basic HTML/CSS literacy
  • Experience with project management or development-ticketing tools
  • Experience in apparel, baby/kids, lifestyle or another product-based ecommerce business
