Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, understanding the unique circumstances and needs of each patient.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by your clients, ensuring that interventions are culturally sensitive and reflective of their individual values.
• Engage with clients through regular therapy sessions, adjusting treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to facilitate healing.
• Document all patient interactions and progress thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with all privacy and ethical guidelines.
• Provide clients with resources and referrals to other specialists when necessary, supporting them in their overall health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will engage with both adults and adolescents, supporting families as they navigate complex dynamics and seeking to enhance their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid LMFT license issued in California.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples, and families, with a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that enable you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A vested interest in ongoing professional development and a commitment to best practices in mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of direct experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or techniques that enhance treatment outcomes.
• Experience using teletherapy platforms to provide virtual counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by a robust benefits package including:
