Poplar Spring Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health challenges faced by clients, developing an understanding of their unique situations and backgrounds.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include one-on-one meetings and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations while monitoring client development over time.
• Coordinate referrals to additional services, such as support groups or other mental health professionals, as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in supervision, training, and collaborative meetings with your colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Poplar Spring Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative therapy techniques tailored to suit various demographics, including adults, adolescents, and families. Our client-centered approach emphasizes flexibility, allowing you to consider each client's specific circumstances and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.
• Proven expertise in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients in various situations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a community health setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans that achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
