We provide a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. As part of our remote team, you will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals while managing your own client caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions through our secure telehealth platform.
  • Utilize a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

  • Implement various therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in managing symptoms related to mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.
  • Manage your own schedule, providing flexibility for evening and weekend sessions in order to meet client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your role as an LPC will be critical in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to discuss their challenges and work towards recovery. Your ability to cultivate trust and rapport will enhance the therapeutic relationship and promote positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

To ensure the highest standard of care, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Experience

Additional experience that would be advantageous includes familiarity with dual diagnosis treatment, specific therapeutic modalities (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or trauma-informed care), and experience working within telehealth frameworks. A history of collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams is also highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
