YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will coordinate the daily flow of warehouse operations, ensuring donations are received, processed, organized, and distributed efficiently.
  • You will provide day-to-day direction, training, and encouragement to Work Therapy clients and volunteers while promoting a safe, productive, and mission-focused environment.
  • You will safely operate Mission vehicles to complete donation pick-ups and deliveries while providing exceptional customer service to donors and community partners.
  • You will maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, vehicle inspections, and safety standards to ensure excellent stewardship of donated resources.
  • You will collaborate with Mission departments and community partners to support distribution needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
  • You will model Christ-like hospitality and stewardship by serving donors, volunteers, and clients with compassion while helping strengthen the Mission's Christian witness through daily interactions and ministry activities.

Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operational experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle required.
  • Experience leading, training, or directing volunteers, work crews, or program participants preferred.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to become and remain an approved Mission driver.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with donors, volunteers, clients, and teammates.
  • You understand safe warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling practices.
  • You are comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment, including lifting materials and working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions.
  • You demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support the Mission's Statement of Faith through your daily conduct, stewardship, and service to others.
