Votre rôle

En tant que Représentant(e) des ventes, vous serez responsable du développement et de la gestion de votre territoire. Vous travaillerez directement avec nos clients afin de maximiser la croissance des ventes, assurer une excellente exécution en magasin et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Vous agirez comme ambassadeur de nos marques auprès de nos partenaires commerciaux tout en contribuant à l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance de PepsiCo.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Développer et gérer les comptes qui vous sont confiés afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de profitabilité et de part de marché.
  • Présenter, vendre et mettre en marché les innovations et promotions de PepsiCo.
  • Déployer les initiatives commerciales et les campagnes promotionnelles locales et nationales.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations d'affaires solides avec les clients de votre territoire.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance chez les clients existants et potentiels.
  • Maximiser la visibilité des produits grâce à l'exécution de stratégies de marchandisage performantes.
  • Créer des présentoirs attrayants afin d'augmenter les ventes et l'expérience d'achat des consommateurs.
  • Analyser les résultats de votre territoire et mettre en place des plans d'action visant l'amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de livraison, de marchandisage et d'exploitation pour offrir un service exceptionnel.

Ce que nous recherchons 

  • Baccalauréat en administration, marketing, commerce ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience. 
  • Expérience en vente, développement des affaires, service à la clientèle ou marchandisage, un atout. 
  • Expérience dans le secteur des produits de consommation ou de l'alimentation, un atout. 
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en négociation et en développement de relations d'affaires. 
  • Forte orientation résultats et passion pour les ventes. 
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. 
  • Bon sens de l'organisation et solides compétences analytiques. 
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. 
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule. 
  • Capacité à effectuer les tâches physiques liées au marchandisage et à la mise en place des présentoirs. 
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) selon les besoins du territoire.
