Job OverviewA CSR or Customer Service Rep is responsible for communicating with the customer, assisting the Repair Planners with the Repair Order File Management and all administrative fields. A positive impression is expected from the CSR’s as they are the first contact of the customers and insurance company personnels. Working as a CSR has many benefits including training and experience on overall administrative functions leading to other career growth opportunities.
Customer Service Rep ResponsibilitiesMust have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn estimating systems, management systems and various computer programs.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree or equivalent
