Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Direct clinical work with clients both in-office and in the community, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conducting evidence-based assessments and screenings to formulate integrated care plans tailored to clients’ needs.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to advance common goals and share insights that reflect the diverse backgrounds and lifestyles of the clients served.
• Maintaining adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the code of conduct of Pathway Counseling Services.
• Actively participating in crisis intervention and emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Creating a safe environment by identifying and reporting any unsafe situations or procedures.
• Monitoring client progress and treatment services, ensuring that their needs are met throughout their journey.
• Ensuring timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at Pathway Counseling Services represent a diverse population of individuals, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health services. You will be working with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. Your role will involve providing preventative, therapeutic, and recovery-focused services that prioritize client choice and empowerment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for various mental health conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for creating rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work is preferred, candidates with strong clinical acumen in a related role or setting will be considered. Additionally, experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique needs will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
