The Job You Will Perform:
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures.
- Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance.
- Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years).
- Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing) and work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE.
- Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics
- Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
