POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Little Caesars Express Sales Associates. The Sales Associate at Little Caesars Express is responsible for preparing food and serving customers with a strong emphasis on delivering the brand’s signature quality and speed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

1. Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards, ensuring freshness and quality in every order. 

1. Customer Service: Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in placing their orders. Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences. 

1. Speed and Efficiency: Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brand’s commitment to fast and friendly service. 

1. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about Little Caesars’ menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items. 

1. Serving Customers: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. Address customer questions and accommodate special requests. 

1. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. 

1. Inventory Monitoring: Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service. 

1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment. 

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service. 

• Culinary Interest: A passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and share knowledge about Little Caesars’ products. 

• Customer Focus: A commitment to enhancing the customer experience by providing friendly, attentive service. 

• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 30 lbs.  Team Member may occasionally use material handling equipment to move items and be able to use a mop/bucket system to maintain floors.
