Early Childhood Teachers Wanted - Mason
Location: Mason, Ohio | Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $10-$16/hour (based on education & experience)
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team and inspire children through a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Our nurturing environment encourages curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged
  • Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities
  • Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress, sharing updates with families
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements
  • Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children
  • CPR-preferred (if candidate does not hold a valid or active certificate, they can get it after hire)
