Oracle Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our vibrant team in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical mental health services to a diverse patient population, focusing on evidence-based treatment methodologies. Work Environment

This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, promoting a balanced lifestyle while maintaining a strong connection with our dynamic healthcare team. Our work schedule primarily follows standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to uncover the specific needs of each patient and collaboratively develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address patient concerns effectively.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and provide patients with tools to manage their mental health challenges.
• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Be prepared to offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating the ability to act swiftly during mental health emergencies.
• Provide education to patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Actively engage in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health therapy.

Your work as a mental health counselor will directly influence how we support individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds seeking help for their mental health needs. Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology with plans for advanced education and licensure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong assessment skills and the capability to devise effective, individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and team members alike.
• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other relevant software necessary to maintain efficient practice operations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual and group therapy within a variety of community settings.
• Demonstrated success in engaging diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet unique cultural and individual needs.
• Prior involvement in case management or collaborative care initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
