Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver integrated care tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage clients' families in the therapeutic process by providing education and resources to foster understanding and support for recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
