Work Environment

As a Physician Assistant at Optimal Health Care Clinic, you will be working onsite in a dynamic surgical center. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams in a variety of specialties such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, and Dermatology.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop differential diagnoses, and implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed physicians.
• Perform various medical procedures, assist in surgical operations, and provide post-operative care, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive healthcare practices to promote better health outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and maintain meticulous medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, ranging from children to older adults, all presenting a variety of health concerns. This diverse client base will enable you to apply your clinical skills across different age groups and medical conditions, ensuring personalized care for every patient you encounter.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
• Active state licensure and national certification as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple specialties.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proactive approach to patient care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a surgical center or multispecialty clinic is highly desirable.
• Background in emergency medicine or trauma care can provide an advantageous skill set.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and care management.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 150,000 to USD 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
