Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm / 1 hour unpaid lunch
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
  • Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Accurately handle and organize screws, bolts, fasteners, and other industrial hardware products.
  • Maintain clean, organized inventory locations and bin systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Organize pallets, incoming shipments, and warehouse storage areas.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory using scales and inventory tracking procedures.
  • Follow warehouse safety standards and contribute to a productive team environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities as part of a future supervisory role.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and order accuracy.
