Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In consultation with supervisor, conduct collection management projects including inventory, record maintenance in the Libraries ILS, and shifting to optimize shelf capacity and prepare collections for migration to a new ILS and future relocation to a high-density storage facility.
  • Perform daily circulation and interlibrary loan tasks including retrieval, scanning, check-in, and shelving of physical materials.
  • Gather data to support collection space map of general collections in the offsite storage facility.
  • Aid in projects related to relocation, shifting, transfers, and storage and physical removal of deaccessioned materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
